I came here mostly to make my speech more natural and to improve upon my listening, as I also struggle a dight with processing phonemes, whether on my native language or not, but also due to me not being used to English speaking folks, let alone different accents across the world.
Unfortunately the course I'm doing currently is just to get a document that can prove I know English for staging, since it is too centered on U.S.A. and it doesn't help that it's most privileged pronunciation is mostly of a radio narrator from Midwest rather than being "unbiased" by at least a dight.
Currently trying to learn Bostonian accent, I find it charming.

Hi everyone. My name is a secret impossible to discover, as it's my age.

I'm a math major, I graduated last year in a place called "university". Which one? You will never find out. I used to like football but due to the lack of IQ most of the fans show, I got cringed by it and abandoned supporting clubs. After getting more healthy inside my mind, now I'm not a slave of football anymore and my brain is unlocked. I also like Ancient Egypt and its history, but you may not ask me questions about Ancient Egypt, because it should be called Kemet.

I also sort of "worship" Horus and Thoth since their values or the things they represent are a part of my own philosophy as a human being. I'm generally interested in ancient history, so you may teach me anything about it. I hate ignorant people that pretend to talk like they knew everything when they don't.

As you may see, even though I'm spanish my english is acceptable, but you will never hear me speaking it, unfortunately I have a strong accent. I also have very negative views about the world and I do not care about wars in our world because I don't have control nor influence to stop any of them. I hate when people get annoyed at geopolitics issues before getting actual knowledge on the topic.

I'm also obsessed with polls from any country in the world, so you may find me maybe some day talking about UK polls or Argentina polls. I also enjoyed playing Tetris, but not anymore since an event you will never know about happened. I'm right now in a master's degree about data science unfortunately, I hate it and I want to finish it as fast as I can. I have no respect for it and I'm a very alone "person" since I hate nowadays society in my country so I'd like to leave it

Me in a nutshell

I won’t lie… I deal with a lot in my head. Anxiety, overthinking… sometimes it feels like GAD (general anxiety), and I also have a bit of OCD. It’s not always easy to explain, it just makes things feel heavier than they should be.
I work remotely, so I’m home most of the time(if I'm not in class or somewhereelse) It gets quiet… sometimes too quiet. Some days are okay, other days I just feel off and don’t even know why
I’m trying to work on myself tho. I want to be better mentally, financially, physically… just stable in all ways. I don’t like feeling lost or stuck
I love travelling a lot. I haven’t achieved most of the places on my list yet, but I’m getting there slowly. I’m even learning Spanish right now because I really want to explore Spain one day.
I guess I’m just someone trying to figure life out while dealing with my own thoughts.
I’m here to make real friends… people I can actually talk to often, share things with, and just not feel alone sometimes
