It could be, I know my great grandparents were first cousins and so that wasn’t great, my grandfather wasnt smart, though it’s hard to track the effects of that because he also got exposed to agent orange in Vietnam and that’s been shown to have genetic effects up to 4 generations down, and I’m only 2 down
