hey people i thought of a denuclearization policy
ok so here is my denuclearization plan, all the countries follow whatever policy they wanna follow, be NFU or FU, but a country could only use a set number and a set kiloton of nuclear weapons during crisis in a year. If they use there assigned number of nukes for a year in a conflict, they cannot use more unless after 365 days of the last attack. If let say a country breaks this policy and bombards the receiving country, they would be met with serious sanctions and a fine of investing in the redevelopment of that country. And should provide with a justification for the attack(this could be exploited but is necessary to add). By this, the world could be eased off of some tension at least and it would be a great step towards denuclearization and 'maybe world peace?'.
