When it comes to visas, you can work in both countries as long as you have a degree, but you have to make sure your studies are part time
UAE also requires your degree to be attested by a notary in your uni's state, HRD, and their embassy, I think you also need GAMCA medical test to be done, check with the embassy/consulate regarding that
Australia it should be similar
Prices, I think job hunting would be easier in the UAE than Australia if you're good with English, Australia currently gives upto a year of visa after graduation to get a job also
I would say UAE works better for you, there's a lot more Indians, indian culture, no/less taxes upon employment, Indian banks locally have offices there, etc.
