Eating lunch in a single person cubicle - me not using the toilet lid as a serving plate - in an otherwise unused bathroom seems like a fairly good way of avoiding illness.

Not to mention the benefits of avoiding all the people who clearly make me feel anxious or uncomfortable to be around. Eating by oneself in a crowded environment can be a hell of a stressor for people like me who have social anxiety.

And even if it were somehow better germ-wise to be in the lunch hall, maybe consider the reasons why I feel the need to avoid it and focus on that, rather than making some passing snipe at another thinking, feeling human being just so you can feel marginally better about whatever it is that has you acting that way.
