I suspected this is a quote, rather than a regular message. Doing a quick research I found out it's a quote from the book "Man's Search For Meaning" by Viktor E. Frankl, a psychiatrist and a holocaust survivor.
It explains that angels are absorbed in the thinking and loving of an infinite glory, presumably God according to the Jewish doctrine. I think there can be a figurative interpretation, which uses the image of angels to represent a state of being completely consumed by something awe-inspiring.
He might be suggesting that even in the darkest moments (such as the holocaust) one can find meaning by focusing on something greater than oneself, perhaps referring to his family, and wife etc...

As I understand it, the main reason we see more people with mental illness now, is because there's a lot more awareness of it. Many people can actually talk about it now and go to their doctors for help, without fear of getting a lobotomy or being laughed out of the building. We also have a much better understanding of mental health. Keep in mind, the world is a much bigger place. More people = greater chance of people with mental health issues, I'd expect.

Not to say that there hasn't been an increase in mental illness, though. Perhaps in addition to the above. Either way, I don't know if this is the case.

Mental illness is by definition a negative thing, surely? That's why we call it an illness and not mental joy or mental happiness. Some good might come from it, I grant you that, but I think it misrepresents and undermines the struggle of mental illness by implying this stuff can itself be a positive thing.

However, I do see your point about natural selection, and I'd be lying if I said I'd never considered something along these lines. I'm just not convinced of it.

very good it's not a ill by new definition I would say everyone could justify everything by their language, so I would say it's an ill and mentally ill would cause bad situation for individual and society, even though they don't recognize themselves as mentally ill but they stil take responsibility as part of society even they indeed need to go to the mental hospital.
