While I agree with many things you said, I'll have to disagree with you from a purely Islamic viewpoint on the following points:

1. I definitely agree that we are ordered to accept other people's beliefs as Allah said in Qur'an 109:6, but that doesn't mean we accept their beliefs as if they are good. A true Muslim is a one who have certainty (the word Muslim is driven from the Arabic word "أسلم" which means submits, and in the context of Islam is the one who submits his will to Allah) in the religion of Islam and believe that other beliefs which invoke other deities besides Allah are all 100% corrupted and astray. So it's always important to clarify that we accept people as humans like us, but their corrupted religions are definitely frowned upon.
2. Another important point besides the first is that Muslims are also commanded to invite disbelievers to the straight path [See Qur'an 3:110], unless you don't have the sufficient knowledge and education, then there is no problem.
3. About people practicing the religion, this type of generalization does not take an expert to identify it as false. Sunni Muslims who believe in Qur'an and the Sunnah of the prophet upon him be peace and blessings are definitely following the religion as they are supposed to be, but if you mean no one is infallible and everyone makes mistakes and sins and nobody is perfect except Allah etc etc... than you're absolutely right and there is nothing wrong in what you said.
4. We are all born humans, but all true Muslims are on agreement of one fundamental goal, which is the paradise InshaAllah, May Allah grant me and grant you it. 🤍
