No offense but generally, asians in specific (japan, korea, china) are not very good at learning different languages due to their country influencing them to not care about different languages, that's why i get genuinely impressed when i speak to soneone from these countries and know that they can speak a 2nd language but not only that...they can speak it fluently without having parents from a different descent.

i guess am glad that you reached it, for me it is pretty complicated cuz i read books in original for more than a year now, i study everything out of them and listen to audiobooks, and so on, the online tests usually tell me am like C1 in understanding written texts and spoken language, but when it comes to speaking then am way below that level cuz i lack confidence and probably experience

like the vocabulary is already there in my head, i just have to take it out from it, lol

Maybe try writing? I found that my speaking improved after I started writing as a hobby. You get to take your time to choose which words to use and how to build a sentence. That eventually translates to your speaking skill

You need to learn to build confidence, if you got C1 it means that you're a very smart person who can learn things and be very good at it, don't hinder you progress over tiny things.

You can always talk to few people who you trust as a start, then to a group, learning doesn't happen over a night, it requires a lot of effort and patience
