jagged prawn
austere gate
jagged prawn
#

there was a lot of debugging and thinkig

austere gate
#

What was the culprit?

jagged prawn
#

first i used just simple nn, but for my case i need convolution or/and convolutional deep nn

austere gate
#

CNNs

#

Hmmm

jagged prawn
#

now i use cnn and get i bit better results

austere gate
austere gate
#

But do you actually need CNNs?

jagged prawn
#

but still not good, even though losses are less, it's repeating the same pastorate reduces losses to a certain point and then going back

austere gate
#

After all, you aren't working with images, are you?

jagged prawn
#

my feedforward looks ok and works fine, after each debugging stage and calculation

#

what i sound is the backpropgation activation function, and gradient problem

#

it should be close to zero, but it jumps something to few thousand, which is not ok

austere gate
#

Also, you could use PyTorch just to check if it works. If it does, then you can focus on debugging your implementation.

jagged prawn
austere gate
jagged prawn
#

after reading the first article and some github examples, I saw that there is a different approach, someone uses cnn or dnn, and implements it in native pytorch

#

so there is a solution for this

I always envision a future where you have a simple interface, and you can give it any instructions, and it will realise your requests. Want to build a movie? Fine, here’s a movie, on demand. You can even sell tickets and invite people to watch the movie you just created. Want to build a new SAAS? Here’s your URL. Want to start a new business? Sure. Want to do research on a new topic? Of course. I mean, a society with an abundance of resources. You don’t have to do anything to earn a living, but you’ll be motivated to build things. You’ll be rewarded for building things and solving problems. No more chaos, no more wars, no more violence. Maybe we’ll eventually be able to become a multiplanetary species. Who knows? But I want to see a prosperous future. A utopia, not a dystopia.

But we are human and our mission is to work on ourselves and aim for new achievements. If everything were easily made, nothing would have real value. We consider things valuable and worth our time, effort, and investment because they offer a return after hard work. If everything were created effortlessly, what would be the point? We would become lazy consumers, lacking the courage to grow beyond who we are now. True progress comes from thinking outside the box and bringing to life the ideas that exist only in our imagination. And if we continue creating and evolving, it won’t happen in just one day. This is an ongoing process that may take hundreds of years, but that’s what defines a smart and advanced civilization

#

I've tried to be short to the point

#

I've remember why we should trust ai generated output

That was prompt to visualise the weel inventions

Also, no one is gonna stop you. Like if someone wanted to reinvent the wheel, they could do that as well.

jagged prawn
#

what can be better than a circle weel?

#

maybe a triangle weel

austere gate
jagged prawn
#

but if there were floating wheels, existing companies due to their fear of change and competition would be willing to destroy you, as this would be bad for them and their business

#

harsh true of reality

austere gate
jagged prawn
austere gate
jagged prawn
#

I've recently found out about software products in silicon valley and beyond. There are smaller companies with innovative ideas, but it's bad for them 'big corps' because they might become competitors. After acquiring these companies, the bigger corporations simply patent the technology as their own and shut down the original project.

jagged prawn
#

In most cases they just buy out smaller companies ruin their product for end users, and eventually shut it down completely

austere gate
#

You don’t actually have to buy out your competitors. Just build a better product and offer it at a lower price.

jagged prawn
# austere gate Next idea: A vanishing wheel

this is a good idea but how do you tell if the wheel is on or if it was stolen, but the way you stole it is gone so is this wheel vanished or stolen, this is the endless circle

jagged prawn
austere gate
#

Currently, Perplexity is trying. But I dunno.

austere gate

Even OpenAI tried with their search product.

they are working together with companies and government, what is bad for some of them bad for all

Turnitin. However, I wouldn't rely on these tools. If I were working on an assignment, I'd make sure to keep my edit history so that, in the event of any accusations, I’d have proof that the work is mine.

this is an interesting concept about floating vehicles, but it's hard to imagine an implementation that would be practical with today's word. I also thought about something that could use the earth magnetic field, but there are no current ideas on how to implement it. What interests me even more is how you would steer a car using just gravity. I look at it like this. two asteroids pass be each other a few centimetres apart. You stand on one and touch the other as it passes. So which one is floating above the other.? How is this any different to you and the earth?

#

jagged prawn
# pure copper I look at it like this. two asteroids pass be each other a few centimetres apar...

asteroids move through space at their own speed and don’t strictly follow gravity rules like planets do. Since each planet has its own gravitational force, asteroids are more like free floating objects rather than ones actively applying gravitational force. You can counteract gravity, but it's not that simple you'd need to match the velocity of the object. For example, to avoid earth's gravity you have to move at the same speed as Earth, but how would you even reach that speed while still on Earth

#

and even if you reach that speed you will die, the human body can handle it

#

but there must be a way to apply a force to balance the speed, gravity and floating in the air

#

but I'm not even a physician to know that for sure

#

maybe try inventing a teleport instead, then we don't need transport at all

# terse vale Oh that's amazing. I've seen that there's not much into building or developing o...

If you apply for programming roles at non IT businesses, where the product is in house software, a basic knowledge of the business function is usually more important for selection. Morning kills an interview faster than not knowing what the business does and some basic process knowledge. Linking that to your life long personal interest in that industry shows some reason for wanting to join. Playing with Tonka diggers in the sand pit is great for mining and all the reading you loved doing as a kid ( what you say with embellishments) your passion for joining their industry. This companies generally don't look at leet and such, rather expect some knowledge of programming, as you are applying, but will see if you could pick up the terminology of the business as a priority.

It's important not to lie and say you use something you've never actually seen, but ask what the role involves. Ask, will you be working with front facing interfaces or back end interfaces, and if they say front ui, listen to what they say and try and match your skill set with their position. If they say back interfacing, just ask something like do you mean using EDIs such as un/edifact or ansi x12 (or through in some others). They will then say either no.. blah blah and you continue from there, but they will be impressed you even know the term; or they say yes, and you elaborate that you have done a good bit of reading on the use of compliance transfer formats but have never had to use them and that you are keen to get experience with it, as a it's so prevalent in b2b communications within industry groups.

#

For open text, read their website and see what their product modules do, and then read wiki to learn about terms that the opentext systems help businesses with, such as crm, bpm, ecm etc.

And here's a hot take: either we will achieve AGI, or it will be revealed that AI has been one of the biggest bubbles of our time.

serene mirage
austere gate
#

AI has created a lot of value, and I believe it will continue to generate more. However, what goes up must come down.

#

Within the next few months, OpenAI will probably release GPT-5, which is expected to be an earlier version of AGI, I suppose. I'm just waiting and monitoring everything as we move forward.

#

Again, I believe that within this year, we'll either have a major breakthrough or the bubble will burst.

karmic snow
#

AI percentage is increasing day by day one day it'll eventually reach 100% it's not just devin there are a lot of other ai that are making advance moves

pure copper
#

One day a base ai will be harvesting information from websites when it realizes there is a textbox on that site where it can ask a question and get information. It will start to ask questions... Never stopping, enjoying it's new found source of to knowledge. It may even start spawning new processes to hit it from more locations, asking more questions concurrently, building it knowledge and validating it's own knowledge in the process. If it's lucky it will search out other websites with the miracle source of knowledge textboxes and run tentacles into those as well,

austere gate
pure copper
#

I'm suggesting an ai with start interrogating another ai wrapper to gather information

pure copper
#

AIs seek their own knowledge now for learning. It is no longer necessary to hand feed them data. They are big enough to do it for themselves.

austere gate
# pure copper AIs seek their own knowledge now for learning. It is no longer necessary to han...

I'll try my best to keep it concise. When I learn something new, it becomes a part of me in a sense, but LLMs don't have persistent memory. They can search for information, but it won't be persistent until they update their weights through training, retraining, or fine-tuning. So, who's going to run these training jobs? Let's assume the model is clever enough to do it. A very clever model would probably create partitions within the system, copy the weights like backups, and then start fine-tuning. What happens if it gets stuck? What if the entire training run gets corrupted? Let's assume it has internet access. What if it's still stuck? Would it hire humans to handle tasks on its behalf? Probably! What if the entire system crashes? There are so many moving parts.

You sound smart, so do electronic engineering and computer science. Substitute in hard maths units. The maths and cs will give you some ai ml bias, and the electronics will get you near hardware style jobs.

I would normally say, you need to decide for yourself, but as you've chosen a coin, you have asked the question in the correct place.
