if you dont know how to do somthing
for example you dont know how to do a dictionary you can search directly how to do a dictionary in "x" language
then you can see the solution of others people and compare with yours, and you can learn from it
when you feel good enough you can try some projects that suit with the language you are learning

a good way to learn is learning things as you use them and not learn random things

c/c++ are the actual programming languages.. But they are very hard.. os, embedded systems like washing machine, microwave use C.. they are closest to hardware.. But they are harder than other languages

its pretty more complicated than only that, because for instance when it comes to javascript, then these days you're not likely to find a job with js, you actually most likely need typescript with javascript with a ton of additional frameworks, same as if you work with php then likely you need to know sql as well

theres a lot of strings connecting the languages, so judging them on their own how profitable they are themselves, is not a perfect idea

They mean C.. See there are 3 types of C.. C, C++ and C#.. C is mother of modern languages.. See consists of 32 keywords.. C++ was invented to solve some problems with C.. C++ added features of oops i.e objective orientation and many other.. So C/C++ have same syntax, C++ being more advanced.. Now see, C# is totally different.. C# was invented by Microsoft to replace java.. C and C++ are similar.. and java and C# are similar.. C# is not at all similar to C/C++.. And C# is far easier than C/C++
