They said in their docs. They said i need to add this property to my config so my app work

With html and css there is no problem, you can learn them in one week. Sql (Db) in few weeks you can learn it. You have just to learn the basic of ddl and dml. Good luck for your studies!

what u will learn for 20 days about css? usual selectors and properties are for 1-2 days, 1-2 landings with videocourse parallel and u will fully understand principles

all other things are not usual and mostly implementing with mdn docs or same stuff opened in your browser

Yeah, finally someone with a reason. C is a bad choice as a language to learn programming. Too low level and it doesn't have many practical uses. I'd suggest Python. It's not too complicated and you can actually build interesting or useful stuff with it. That's why many people who need to develop their own software but are not professional developers use Python.
