When do I use な with an adjective?

there are two groups of adjectives, な-adjectives and い-adjectives. anything that ends with an い sound specifically would be under い-adjectives, while everything else goes under な-adjectives. when describing a noun with a な-adjective, you add な behind it. if its an い-adjective, you immediately follow up with the noun.

one of the special cases for な-adjectives would be ゆうめい (有名), when you pronounce it you dont put emphasis on the い, and therefore this is a な-adjective

uh at least that's what i learned in school we should probably just wait for flx to come on sooner or later

i think the easier way to think about the exceptions is to just look at the kanji, even if the adjective is usually written in kana

for example きれい, even tho it ends in い, its kanji are 綺麗 or 奇麗, which means you can't conjugate that ending い, so it's a な-adjective

Say a line from a book into an audio recorder on your phone, and listen to it, hear the flaws, try to fix them and record all takes, pick the best one, try to replicate (ideally until you're comfortable pronouncing that way). And then the whole process repeats
The more Japanese you are exposed to, the more Japanese you know, and the better you are at noticing flaws. Listening in Japanese is 大事！

Natives aren't really good teachers to be honest. I think you should find someone who learned Japanese as an adult to ask questions
The reason being that for native people, a lot of the language is subconscious. Very often when answering a question, they'll just say "it sounds weird", because they don't know the rules. The exception is linguists
However, someone who learned a language as an adult will likely have a good explanation because they had to research to understand

But I'm really not a type of person who will actually follow up their plans with action

My parents wanna travel as well so I got that support Yk

I don't want to ruin your parade, but soon you won't be able to afford rent, let alone seeing the world
I highly recommend living with your parents to save on lots of expenses

We’re planning to Canada leave in 4 years and I have 3 jobs rn im putting almost everything I make to investments and savings

I need a job I can do remotely cause let’s face it I won’t be able to get a jp job

My dad is racist and probably hates Japan despite not knowing anything about them, so travelling and getting to know cultures is out of the question

I wanna live in to many places

I'm technically mixed because that's just what Kazakh people are historically, with lots of invasions taking place here and stuff
