Same as title, im not sure if others are already aware of this bug but, I left my game after reaching wave 21 last night and came back and clicked continue. When I did i noticed all my modules were level 1 even though almost all were level 2.
#When I returned to my saved game after entering endless mode all my modules were not upgraded.

sorry i should have tried that, after i saw that I just quit and started a new run.
But i think others should be able to recreate it.

if you quit you get the option to continue. I reached endless mode then exited. Later I came back and clicked continue and all my modules were deranked to rank 1.
