screenshot 1: this gravity part looks a bit unfair.
screenshot 2: this section can be shortcutted easily by bouncing while touching a bouncy block
screenshot 3: this section might be cramped for 8p
screenshot 4: this part does have a skip that's easy for pros like me

I like this level 
I think the limit for this level is probably pretty close to 28 seconds.

There are some cool ideas here, but it leans a little into the hold left hold right layout problem
A lot of parts are unfair due to pushing (start, first grav, maybe the dash section) and a lot of flow is broken from disappearing blocks, elevator cycles, and dash recharges. The first skip is really easy to do and it's pretty much guaranteed that at least one person will stumble into it on accident 
Unfortunately, the whole layout in general I don't think has enough variety to be certified. Look at other certified levels like Nyx Realmz and Snailed It and you can see that the path the players follow has more twists and turns
