My biggest gripe with this level is this sort of landscape pictured here with the sharp curves and spikes- it just feels a bit awkward to play and doesn't flow very well. I would also add warnings to the falling triangles at the beginning. I do love the palm tree decor and checkpoints are well-placed here

The terrain definitely feels smoother up there now! I will say I ran a few time trials on it though and the spikes at the end don’t feel very intuitive to me if that makes sense. I could definitely see them being a bit too hard to dodge in a race with multiple players so I’d consider lessening them a bit at the top

Ok yeah in my replay i was kinda purposefully aiming for spikes that i think a lot of people would hit. So I hit like 5 just to show you. I think 1-2 of these high takeout ones are fine but maybe could remove some of them? Let me know if Im not making sense lol its hard to explain

They do create for good obstacles so honestly let me think on it because maybe you'd be making it too easy if you removed them lol

Ah yes I remember this one! This cycle is a bit annoying to me still. Maybe move it a bit back time wise? I see what you’re trying to do with it but it feels a bit weird. You’ve greatly improved the flow at the end though I will say! Night and day difference to me at least. The level honestly runs well in my opinion but some more tropical deco would do wonders in its memorability. It has no fundamental problems at all it just doesn’t stand out too much from other levels. That being said improvements are going great for you so far so looking forward to see what you can cook

In the picture the objects come down right away and will cut everyone off so maybe having them come down a bit slower would help

It runs very smoothly that part is great for me. Big thing I’m now noticing with other players though is it’s really hard to catch up, if you blow a lead at the beginning you’re in a really bad spot. Maybe a somewhat challenging obstacle towards the end could help with this?

I would remove the disappearing block towards the end that you added. Nothing inherently wrong with the obstacle but it being so close to the end makes it almost too easy to catch up. I know this directly contradicts my last review where I said you should make it easier to catch up but I think I may have caused you to over-correct slightly in this regard. Aside from this I love the new palm trees throughout the course! No real other complaints on my end besides this new disappearing block, I like the addition of the saw towards the end as a good middle ground that allows farther behind players to potentially catch up without ruining the game for lead players!

I played through your level. The first impression this gives me is one of a 16p, not a 8p. Its way too easy and the lines are simple as hell to learn, I doubt this would become as skillbased as a 8p needs to be when its certified. If you do transform it into a 16p, make it bigger. Whether you do that manually or with Index's website is up to you. Also when building, please carefully place checkpoints that you can't skip. Below are 2 screenshots of ones that are super skippable, but I have to say that you did a great job on most of the other ones.

Please try to not add cycles that can push you up into spikes. Its unfair and just ruines the flow of the level imo, in special cases it could cost someone the race

Also, dont worry as I see everyone doing this nowadays: The trend where you put the players in a box at the start and simply put a dissapearing block and pretend its immediately "fair" is really dangerous. Please make a fair spawn with no crowding/spawn advantage/unlucky deaths after if your level has no difficult to learn lines. Additionally, please create an iconic ending? Its not that hard to do. 90% of your levels time is players waiting for others at your ending. You can make it look good please

I really like this one’s gameplay I still just think it’s lacking an “X factor” or a unique feature. The palm tree additions were great and I completely led you in that direction in all fairness, but I think adding one distinct obstacle somewhere would do you well. It’s a longer map so I wouldn’t make it an addition but maybe could replace a part. Sorry for the late response, I’ve been on vacation for winter break with no wifi!
