a 5 player race will never be played

just like how a 9 player elim will never be played

the game can deal with an extra one or two but when you remove one or two, it disqualifies it from being selected for the intended category. like if i was to remove 2 from slippery slopes, it would go from 16 to 14, but would only be chosen for 8p race

it needs at least 16 spawns

but all races must have at least 8 spawns and all elims must have no more than 7
