you can choose rbg value and transparency value. They would have a tab next to movement that allows you to make it change from one color to another. you can add pauses and make it change slowly over time. It would be a cool idea plz add
(Also allow them to overlay over the basic theme blocks so you could make like a rainbow sand theme or something like that)

one is stationary but with movement added and the other has to constantly update due to environmental factors

the first one has less lag cuz it is a fixed property the other is more lag because it is a conditional property

same for color blocks
