I kinda see that lvl 100 requires A LOT of to do it. So (not) my idea, is if you play RBR on weekend Goals and Quests gives you double on weekend to make it more faster to grind.

It can be stacked
Weekend + SSN Pass + Double = X8 more

not adding more levels and endlessly making the progress between levels even higher
