THERE MUST be ways to earn gems other than just watching ads and paying. Here are some suggestions how you could:

Winning an entire round = 1 gem
Badges = Gems
Season winning, e.g top 100/10/1 globally/regionally = Gems (I strongly agree with this one)
Find gems in maps, just like rbr (at random places where your not supposed to go)
When leveling up
Any other suggestions? - Comment below!
