it's a cool idea but can be very op because you can just have no movement and have a lot of homing

It would be a lot of energy but having 1 less missile would make you very vulnerable.

this is true, but you can make up for it with your total of 17 energy

for example:

you can run 2xhp, speed, insight, which is 8 and still have points left for rapid or another 3 cost item
