Don't nerf them to how they were before but just not as fast.

I think they rather need a Buff xD if you know how to play a minimum it's quite easy to shoot them or just use a shield, although I don't think that's necessary either, since they rotate so slowly that almost always hit the ground

Homing still has major weaknesses

they still have the same AI so you can hide behind land
