also, people at lvl 40 would no longer try for levels because they would already have all the perks and weapons

also, not sure if anybody else realized this but level 41 (in xp) is only halfway to level 50

#

level 50 is 40,000 xp, level 41 is 20,000

#

so basically only make people go halfway to get ammo perk

I know because i have heard many bad things about it. For example, its too expensive for a very little reward

The bad outweighs the good
