Sorry for no photo evidence, but in Operation: Not a Drill, when replaying, one time I didn't need to put the new wheel into the elevator at the end, it was simply already there. (Tagged with IEYTD due to there being no 3 tag).

Oh, nevermind about this! I didn't realize, but this happens when you kill the 3rd robot before he uses his laser on the elevator. Not a bug!

When you open the pause menu, it shows you the achievements for the level, right? So I was looking at them, and for some reason below the one that said not to drill slaughterhouse melvin, it said "pepperoni roll" , so I was rubbing a pepperoni roll against him and he didn't fire the laser
