From the video the lighter activates when it is closed but when it is open it goes off this fixed itself after restarting the mission I just saw it and thought it was strange to see

Same happened to me, in my case I was bored and was rapidly turning on and off the lighter, very strange and it stuck in that level for a while before suddenly disappearing

Mine happens everytime i predict it happens when you take the lighter out before the bullet shots
