Tunnels
Removing tunnels on release allows for more players to enjoy it later on in the season which increases the player count a ton. Also everyone sits in tunnels and really no one to 1v1. (I can understand if you don’t agree with this one but add duels please)
Duels
Adding duels on release gets rid of snakes and allows for a higher player count as most people will probably get snaked and rage quit. Also duels allows for more ely players which means more active players and not people in afk room.
