That doesn't make sense what you just said. There is no website required to run devbuild.

He and I tried to get it to run together and while it works for me, it doesn't for him. We have the same antivirus, so that shouldn't be the issue. The devbuild server is hosted locally, no webpage required. On my PC, it works fine. On his, it doesn't. Hosts file is as it should be, we checked multiple times.

All i've found for the Error 8013 was that there are either broken system files or broken gamefiles. We checked and verified both, still nothing is running.

Also I don't think that fiddler would fix it, because he seems to be connected to the server, but it doesn't do anything with it.

So if he is connected to the server, yours works fine, his doesn't, he gets Error 8013, Its most likely the redists he didn't install.

Or there's more ways, you can try reinstalling EAC by going to the EasyAntiCheat folder in the game installation and locate EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe. Press Repair and wait.

It'll probably work since the installation is a Developer Build and Behaviour uses them for testing. If they didn't get banned, then you won't get banned unless you actually CHEAT in the game by using actual cheats.

We'll probably need NET Framework 3.5, which you can download here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/download/details.aspx?id=21. Don't worry, it's an official Microsoft framework.
