I am having trouble receiving the 2FA code via email to log in. The sender is not blocked, as I have tested this by creating a new account with a different email alias (on Proton) and it worked perfectly. All my university notes are in this account, and losing them would be a catastrophe for me. I am not sure how to resolve this. Thank you very much for your help!

Yeah I reached out yesterday but I’m waiting for a response. Do you know if this is a common issue? The worst part is I can't find my recovery key.
They tend to take a little more time to answer on the weekends, but they'll sort this out
