For me, Notesnook doesn't work on Safari iOS, only the app.

Instead of using web app, try downloading and using the app

Because it might be similar issue to where NN doesn't work on Safari iOS + MacOS now I guess??

Sure I do.
But as it is a web app, a user should expect it to load on every browser as web apps are by nature cross platform and browser dependent and operate on open standards.

Therefore I think the suggestion to use the app is not a solution to this issue itself and the developers still should take this into account.
