I pressed login and it's stuck on the loading screen

I did ctrl f5 and I got a "something went wrong"
go to app.notesnook.com and try again, cause such breaks as logo screen stuck, usually happens when theres version update and browser caches old files
so ctrl + f5 helps
in console you would see something like this, lots more errors probably

do you have another browser on your pc to login and verify that your notes are safe?
cause this will require cleaning up browser cache of your notes, but the notes saved in your account will remain

just try without them, just in case something breaks, its just to test if i'm right or not
bt probably someone else would have noticed that if there was a problem, or maybe some characters you use are very unique
You can press Fix it and continue. It should work then.

im getting the same wrong password error
incognito mode on brave works, only this malformed db error on the cleared cache page
interesting, whatever i clear in dev console, or browser settings, nothing seem to help
but incognito works, so something is still not clearing.. @mental pond

yeah it's the opfs storage where the sqlite database files are stored. Unfortunately browsers don't have a UI to clear them.
@tranquil wave can you try restarting the browser and see if "Fix it" works?

Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > search app.notesnook.com > click the trash can next to app.notesnook.com, or select "delete displayed data" > refresh the notesnook web app. @tranquil wave @honest linden @mental pond

Do you have a backup? I can help you reset your account and then you can restore your backup. That should work.
is it "nnbackupz"?
Yes. Just make sure you can decrypt it (try importing it to notesnook while logged out).

You can use the app without an account, just click on "Skip & go directly to the app" at the sign up form when you start the web app for example.

I am facing the same issue after I tried to change my password
I keep getting the same message that my password is incorrect
I was able to access my notes without logging in!

I went to app setting in browser
I changed the password only
so it logged out from all my devices windows app android and ios app! though I am sure that I didn't click on "log out all devices"
when I tried to log in I keep getting a message that password is incorrect!
good thing when I changed my password it downloaded a backup file of my notes!
I tried to do reset password many times with no luck
every time I enter the correct password I got a message wrong password!
I tried even deleting all data and reset the password also it didn't work
I tried on firefox and brave and ios and android!
the only way getting my notes is using the app without account and decrypting my notes!
