I exported a a single bulk file export from evernote legacy version that contains all my notes in enex format including the notebooks. While importing the zip file generated from the notesnook importer, all the notes got merged into a single notebook.
How can I preserve my Evernote notebooks while importing to notesnook? Exporting every notebook from evernote one by one will be too tedious.

A single ENEX file is a notebook. So if you export each evernote notebook into its own ENEX file the Notebooks should be preserved.

Ack! I just got home - looks like thecodrr beat me to it. The export/import steps are here: https://help.notesnook.com/importing-notes/import-notes-from-evernote. And yes, I can confirm notebooks will be preserved as individual .enex files.
