After switching to V3 my notebooks sorting is totally fu**ed.

What can I do to sort this mess the way I want?

Rename all notebooks with only 1 number in the title to add a 0 in front of the number.
01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, etc.

At least, I think that's what you should do, you want the notebooks #10 and #15 to be at the bottom, yes?

I want it to be sorted in the order I want. I dont care how Its going to be done. I just use numbers cause it seems simple and intuitive, but I don't care about them.

When trying to use numbers and tell it to group by none, sort by title i expect it to be in order of the numbers, but it isnt.
Tried your suggestion with 0s but doesnt work either:

Try to change "Group by" from "Default" to "None" @limber nebula

Same issue. No matter how I choose to sort the notebooks are all over the place. Also the same with tags.

This is correct, though. I'll see if it's possible to enable numeric sorting in SQLite.

Could there be a way just to custom sort? If I do it with numbers or letters, its ok, but then if i want to change the order of two notebooks, i have to rename all the notebooks. Do you know what I mean? How do I just sort it the way I want not in any order specifically?

If there is no custom sort, there should be a way to search through the notebooks, when linking a note to a notebook, because it takes a long time to find the notebook you want:
