Urgent! 2 FA email not sent

Hi,
At the time I am writing this message, I am waiting for 20 minutes for my code. I tried the resend button, but it did nothing. I also cleaned the cash without result.
In the meantime, I received other emails., meaning my email software is working.
I tried to enter the issue in GitHub but the Submit button is not working.
Could you please have a look at it?

Proton, but I did try changing my email to Gmail and retry and same problem.
