If I look in Attachment Manager, I have over 600 attachments. But none of my notes are showing any inline pictures, etc. - Just the empty placeholder for the item.
How do I marry them again?

As long as your attachments have been backed up (Manually). Just create a Note, attach all the Files to the note you have just created and the attachments will automatically be assigned to there correct Notes. Then Delete the note, you created with all the attachments.

Curious if this works for you. I tried it and it did not work for me. Even if it does work, can't be too viable attaching 600 attachments to a test note so it will re-upload the files.

Yeah, wasn't really feeling the love with that process. I backed up/downloaded my attachments and then did two separate batches of 200 (attached to two separate notes). The attachment uploads worked and were encrypted, but when I started going through notes I was still not seeing them in-line.
I think I'll wait for something more formal to be added/tested. I can wait.
