Can't Get Past 2FA

My iPhone app logged me out. In order to get back in I'm told to enter a 2FA code. I do but the keyboard won't go away and there's no option to complete the login.

Two questions:

1. How do I complete the login
2. How do I stay logged in? I don't want to be logged out automatically; only I actively choose to log out.

1. Sorry about this. This was a bug and we have fixed it already. A new version will be out very soon.
