AWESOMEEE
Really good first attempt
Nice
Insane for first image honestly
Most people's first images are garbage
This is far from that
Thanks. I think I worked on it evenings and weekends for about 3 weeks all in all. It's a steep learning curve. But I think I'm obsessed now...
He's hooked
What helped you learn???
@onyx mist
To be honest at first i wasn't expecting much with my 15 year old $50 yard/jumble sale scope and planetary camera. But when i managed to capture some 'good' data and eventually getting it to stack properly (which was a major effort) i was amazed at what i had. Then i would see great images on astrobin etc of the same target with gear somewhat similar to mine, that encouraged me to keep trying to make it better. I watched many many YT workflows and tried many many things till i arrived at this final result. At one point i also decided to focus on one tool (Pixinsight) and i think that really focused my learning journey. Not sure if i actually answerdyour question 🙂
Well i guess just watching videos
And focusing on one
Tool
That’s awesome though man
What did you use pixinsight for?
