It’s universal time. It’s the time that WinJupos uses to recognise when your data was taken. Where I live the time is UTC+2, so it’s 22:42 here right now so UTC is 20:42 (or 10:42pm and 8:42pm if that’s easier for you)

It’s also sometimes called Greenwich time because that is at 0° longitude, it’s UTC+0

Where you live it’s probably UTC-9 or something

You basically just need to know what the difference is between your real time and UTC and then you can just always seamlessly tell people when your pic was taken in UTC by subtracting the amount of hours you differ from it
