The processing seems a little odd, the reds are very pronounced meanwhile every other color seems desaturated, and there's some dark blue artefacting on the horsehead itself too.
But, the image sharpness and detail is pretty good, nebulosity in the horsehead and the background Ha emissions are very well defined.

that is weird, and you are right. In the original photo there’s no blue tone artefacts to be see. I guess resizing it from 350mb to few megabytes has caused some data issues

That could definitely do it, but it could also be a processing error. What does the unedited stack look like? How does it look after an auto-stretch?
(i will say, the image is quite sharp and well defined for being unguided)
