Nice shot! It's a tad grainy, and the core details are lost a little, but the colors are great and there's a good amount of nebulosity visible.
Background seems a little on the purple/red side, some parts of the nebulosity look oversharpened but that could also just be a byproduct of whatever denoising seems to have happened, I can't tell for sure.
Also I figured I'd mention, M45 is the Pleiades, the Orion Nebula is M42

and theoversharpening is indeed because of the denoise.
