there are a lot of hot pixels which could be removed through dithering, leading to an improved image
dithering is moving the sensor a certain number of pixels to average the values; you're basically moving the hot pixels around the image because the target is moving through the field of view. there are weighted stacking methods which I think DSS uses, so closer value pixels get represented; this essentially removes hot pixels
kappa sigma clipping while stacking (way of stacking, deepskystacker has it, dont know about siril) would probably get rid of those hot pixels

dont know how effective it would be if you didnt dither at all
not very because it's weighted
but thats not walking noise so your probably fine
all the pixels in that area of the target is on average red or blue it'll still be dead
cant do that on siril
do we have a starredversion?
Nice
