Try finding a harmonic mount then, could find used stuff. If not you could check out the UMi 17 Lite

I don’t know what currency you referred to, so I assume it’s GBP. I have Quattro 8” and eq6r pro. I would search for used gear so that you can definitely get into your budget then. I probably wouldn’t call a very portable rig, though, I take ot with me when going to dark places.

pretty much limits you to a 8"

and mounts that can hold that are 1500 and above

Harmonic ones are indeed very portable however umi17 lite might not handle aperture requirements (8-12in). 10in Newtonian is over 15kg (the tube only)

good coma correctors are quite rare second hand, I only see stuff like the mpcc mk3 around

The cheapest eq6r pro I found in my area was about 800gbp, I found a used Quattro for about 500gbp, his budget would even fit a new starizona nexus (so he would even turn his Newtonian into an f3 bucket)

Ofc, these aren’t the most commonly found rigs on eBay I think. I just gave an idea on which gear might be worth investing
