Some of the telescope on aliexpress are quite good some are just ground one of the main telescope manufacturers this might be an actual skywatcher telescope and prob similar to the normal price of it

Don't get any Telescopes off AliExpress shipping takes forever and might risk the telescope arriving damaged, buy from websites that sells Telescopes and Astro related stuff because they have great customer support and warranty's, can't give you any names because all the websites I know are in the UK but have a look for somewhere more trustworthy and reliable. 👍🏻

Thanks! but I just ended buying the 8" skywatcher from amazon for 349 + tax with the $200 amazon giftcard prime visa bonus they give so it worked out anways
