#Telescope idea

f6 is in my opinion a little too slow of an aperture
especially on an untracked dslr
It s also a guidescope. Not sure how good that is for imaging. I mean i know the 50ed is good
what focal length / F ratio maximum / minimum are you looking for. What is your price range. You can basically get everything but as far as I know most telescopes at the focal length of camera lenses perform better because they are built for astrophotography
the core question is do you have a star tracker?
will
I dont really mind what focal length/F ratio, just as long as it works. Im happy saving up over a period of time, even a redcat might be good
should I go for a dslr first and then go for a mono astrocam?
Depends on your budget
I guess so
This is a guidescope. Its not gonna deliver any good results, especially without a flattener. If you‘re looking for a telescope in this price range you could go with the askar fma 180 (pro). I‘ve heard good things of it.
@dusky kindle
also you need to know a mono setup will be expensive than a color one and when youre just starting a color cam will probably be a better option
