which one should i buy? my budget is 400euros and less and i found these 2

If you want to do nebula too then get motorized

They are actually quite different and both are good depending on what you want to do, the 150 Dob will definitely be better suited for planetary imaging (if it had goto), while I think the Skyhawk will produce slightly better results with Nebulas and galaxies.
The Skyhawk also has a lower F ratio that means you need less exposure time for the same amout of light, also being in the favour of galaxies, but as planets and the moon are so bright the F ratio is not as a big of a deal.
BUT, as the Dob is not motoriesed, Galaxies and Nebulas will be impossible, the Dob is really made for Visual observations and not photography

But both scopes are different in terms of what they do
