I have been using the Nexstar 6se Mount for about two years and just got it completely changed up by Celestron so that someone else can have the chance of having it.
I have been able to easily get nice 30 second exposures for deep sky objects. I really liked the mount and even bought a Celestron Wedge afterwards to transform it into an Equatorial Mount which let me take 1 minute long exposures, and guiding works great with it, you can use it with the hand controller and a computer.
These are the repairs made by Celestron a week ago:
• Replaced Altitude Motor Assembly
• Replaced Azimuth Motor Assembly
• Replaced AUX&AG board
• Replaced Motor control board
• Cleaned and re-greased gears
• Adjusted ALT and AZM axis
• Completed GoTo testing
• Completed all functions testing
• Completed mechanical testing

The 130 eq has a weight of 7.7 lbs and the payload for visual astronomy of the Nexstar mount is 16 lbs, so, since your scope is less than half the weight of the mount's payload, you should be easily able to track/guide (if you have a guidescope) very precisely. The scope that I had on it, the 6se, was 8lbs and, even at 1500mm of focal length, I could achieve pinpoint stars. With 650mm of focal length, you shouldn't have a problem tracking. With this said, the only issue I see, is that I am not sure if your scope would hit the bottom of the mount when slewing from on end of the sky to another. Just for your knowledge, the distance between the base of the mount and the middle of the attachment is 10 inches. For the shipping, it depends in what country you want it shipped to.
