It has been a while since I could make some pictures - sky has been terrible (rain, hail, storm, ...)
so I processed some of my left over data. Basically this is about 3° east of Sadr.

roughly 1 hour (in 60s subs) for O, H, S - so really not enough to make the picture sharp enough. Still - crazy nebular structures ...

Weather was really nice, clear. bortle 4 zone

processed and stacked with pixinsight.
I test StarXTerminator and used that here.
some small postprocessing in Photoshop (contrast, ...)

This is so wild that I really do not know how to process it right ... so much going on there.
Guess it is worth to add more data here ... once weather permits.
There are regions I would love to zoom in more in this area - once I buy another scope with more zoom 🙂

you are right - the process is wild. But it was not processed to be pretty 😉 I tried to separate the O - hoping for some O-bands shining blue and tried to find them. The one arc is really nice - so I really froced this onto the data ... there is really a nice layer of O - but I could not really bring it out. So that image was more a "study" to see if this region is worth more time - which it is. So this image is really "fried" 😉
