Why's it only 10MB? Cropped?
Also, is it already streched?
Yeah sorry, its a weird file, seems to be already stretched and its very tinted purple straight out of the download
i think you sent the already procesed file
sorry ill try again
sorry i will try again
Access Google Drive with a Google account (for personal use) or Google Workspace account (for business use).
hopfully that works
no permision to enter
How do I change that never shared anything before
i hhave done it to anyone with a linnk should work
now i got It
man... what you have do to this first data?
Yeah it’s my first time doing lots of images like this and trying do calibration frames.
That’s a million times better than what I can get What did you use to get it look like that never thought it could get it like that
Stacked with deep sky stacker and processed with siriL and Adobe photoshop Raw camera filter
I’ll give this a go tonight
Heres my quick 10 min process of this data
Pretty decent honestly
did mess up with the gradient
but I was lazy and only used graxpert
also went a little too crazy with the deconvolution
A little softer this time
bro, people just want the master frame already stacked
My Apologies I know for next time. It’s my first time doing this
That’s great I need a lot more practice did you use photoshop or pixinsight etc ?
Pixinsight
I’ll have to try this one thank you
Pix is running now, i am curious what i can do.
Please can you send me the stack?
i can
Here both Tiff and for PI: https://we.tl/t-JP1Fcecz9V
2 files sent via WeTransfer, the simplest way to send your files around the world
thank you
This is my effort. Idk how people get out the blues
@honest shuttle I've probably asked this question before, but how on earth do I get out the blues?? I'm literally only saturating blues and not seeing a difference.
Well you can’t saturate blues if there are no blues to saturate, you need to colour calibrate better (it’s well off, stars aren’t all orange) or strange the blues in histogram with masks
I used spcc, and other people above got the blues
Before or after DBE? Did you run the correct settings?
Before
Default settings I think
sorry 'pcc
You need to run it after
nonop i meant DBE before pcc
ye
Try background neutralisation and then standard colour calibration, no previews/background references
How can I do CC with no previews?
Just apply it lol, don’t add any previews
Drag the triangle onto the image and it’ll apply
So DBE, then BN then CC?
Yep
If that don’t work you’d need to mask up later in the processing and get the colours out manually
How's that done?
Hard to explan
okay, it didnt change anything rllyu
Yep done
Any change?
Now I usually stretch with histogram trans bcz i dont understand curves, then just use colour saturation
It’s better, still could use some blue curves with masks, but you’d need to run starnet, stretch etc etc, make some masks with RangeSelection and stretch the blues and a little bit of green
Yeah i usually do starnet too. How can I individially stretch blues?
I usuallt do somet like this
Histogram, near the bottom click the blue box, and stretch
That’s saturation not stretching
ohh
histogram transformation?
Yep, or curves whichever’s easiest, but again don’t do it without masks etc otherwise you’ll make everything blue not what your trying to make blue
So mask the galaxy only?
Yep
and this is before a full stretch?
No after
these are all amazing guys this is my first image thats gone over 1hour i have been trying to get anything half this good but cant
Try this file it is after Grayxpert has auto stretch zo jou have to stretch you self:https://we.tl/t-Zmb5HkiMhF
1 file sent via WeTransfer, the simplest way to send your files around the world
i did Grayxpert, crop, BlurXT, NoiseXT, Image solver, PCC, StarXT, on galaxy then stretch, colorsaturation(mask) enz. it is intuitive trail and error. Will take time.
Here i overcooked it on the third try, just keep trying.
Awesome thanks will take a look. Is that pixinsight
yep
Anyway this object is not the easiest starter object very faint try M42, and other nebula, now in galaxy season M51, and others :https://telescopius.com/
