Well it's some of the star trails
I believe this is actually called a stellar tidal stream in this case, where the gravitational interaction pulls stars from each galactic halo and forms this funky structure.

There's even some Ha emissions to the right, if I'm not mistaken
I recently saw someone post an image with the Ha area, but I didn't know about all those stars floating around both of them.
