Note: I do NOT want a camera dedicated to Astrophotography and that only; I do wanna use it for other non-astrophotography things as well.

I also would like to see if there's a tripod that I could buy alongside the camera within that price range as well (Though its not required)

Pretty much any DSLR or mirroless that is 10 years old or newer is good

Just be carefull to pick on with a lens and not just body.

I believe someone can find a more upmarket used camera

I’ve recently brought the Canon 600D within the price mentioned and the rotating display makes it very easy to use.
