technically it's a guide scope so there are no examples to check the quality, for sure it's better than others since it's ED
the evoguide is more famous as a guide scope use for imaging
Or go for the TS 60/360 which isn't a guide scope
Do u mean this one? https://www.astroshop.eu/telescopes/ts-optics-apochromatic-refractor-ap-60-360-ed-tsmpt60-ota/p,79714
For some reason I thought they had same optics, but yeah I had this one in mind as well
that's the same thing, just different brand
Ohhh okay that’s what I thought, thanks to u both!
Hmmm haven’t seen any images from the evoguide either, but I’ll definitely look into it (it seems kinda cheaper as well 🤑)
the evoguide is pretty decent, better glass than some other doublets but it doesn't correct that well on the edges
with a camera like a 585 it wouldn't really be noticeable
a bunch of people here#1077178051512774756 have the evoguide + 585 combo
I’ll probably get a field corrector eventually for whatever I buy anyway, so I don’t consider it to be that big of a problem
As long as it’s not too bad xd
the evoguide has an included corrector I think, but it's not good enough for larger sensors
Ohhh I see
ok no it doesn't seem to be included
Still tho, evoguide + corrector seems cheaper than any of the others without a corrector
It’s pretty tempting
plenty of examples on astrobin w/ the evoguide

yeah that's what I was looking at now 😄
