your entire dataset?
what do you want me to do with it
how much is it
how long were your subs
are you tracked or untracked?
so you use a star tracker
whats your focal length and camara
shouldnt be doing 30s subs
and when you go back out, dont reframe as far
thats why youre getting stacking artifacts
yes
reframe every 10-20 frames
but dont make it dramatic
18s is the maximum exposure time you can go
stay in 1 place
dont move around, it screws everything up
when you started imaging, was lmc in the centre of the frame?
yea then youve moved it way too much
bc lmc was top right when i saw
it only needs to be very slight movements
i suggest getting new data tonight
screwing it up
my file upload is currently at 13 minutes
i will send it to you when its done
alright
from now on i will only do 15 seconds exposures
since after that the camera jumps to 20
does anyone know why when i view a raw file it looks good then goes all white after a few seconds
what do i use?
alright
im restacking
delete all the photos that moved alot
made a backup of the old ones
just incase
what should i set my star detection threshold to?
How many is it detecting
Put it to 5
alright
2%?
ill try after since I already started stacking
but it will finish pretty quickly
alright it finished
it is ALOT better
im uploading the tif file it created to you
and can you do that thing where you made the image brighter
im not sure how you did that
What do you process your images in
I have a photoshop license
so i am going to be redownloading it
since i recently reset my pc
Download siril
Open your photo
Bottom middle of the screen, it should say linear
Click on it and put autostretch
Doesn't make a difference
oh alr
that looks alot better
let me send it rq
how do i export the photo?
oh nvm
?
do i have to do anything about this?
What are you trying to do
export the file
See the save button top right?
To the right of it is a download button
And nect to that is another one
Click on that and save as a file
oh i see
Then at the top middle it will show where in your directory it's saved
